I bought 3 77mm lens caps on eBay for $2.97 (total) and that included shipping. They work just fine. A quick search will bring them up more lens caps than you can imagine. You just need to know the filter size.Originally Posted by Atracksler

Two plastic jar lids and a couple of rubber bands - I have been using this for years.
Care to share a pic?
Do you know the filter size for the lenses? If so, just buy snap caps in the filter size.
If you want slip on caps, just measure the outer diameter with a caliper.
You can find tons of snap caps on Ebay, and slip ons at B&H.

Skippy Peanut Butter Lids for both front and rear caps - smaller lens use smaller caps
