Rear element size on Schneider 121mm f8 SA

What is the rear element size (at the maximum, as in the rear cap size) on the Schneider 121 mm f8 super angulon?

The reason I ask is that the hole in the front standard of my camera is about 75 mm, so I want to make sure that the lens can be placed without taking it apart in the field (i.e., removing the ground glass and screwing on the rear element from the back f the camera).
