    Francis, perhaps you are familiar with the image of a refugee brother and sister by the late Walter Rosenblum, the fourth image down on this page, though unfortunately a very poor reproduction: http://photographyinterviews.blogspo...-optimist.html

    The subject is different, but the similarity with your fine and ironic portrait is evident.
