    Cable release for a recessed lens board?

    Hi,

    I have a Nikon 65mm lens mounted on a recessed Sinar/Horseman plate, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get a cable release attached to the lens. I even have a rotating elbow like adapter that won't fit. I've been using a pencil with an eraser to trip the shutter . Any suggestions would be welcome, and thanks in advance.
