    The problem with the windshield wiper motors is that there are thousands of them, all made on an oem basis.

    That's not necessarily the problem because the part has a number and a manufacturer, but the parts (and cars) are from the 1980s and the spec of the products is totally different nowadays or the manufacturers are obsolete. These are "antiques".

    For CPE the motor is SWF gear motor 402.506 (possible alternative SWF gear motor 402.932).

    For the CPP/CPA machines, it is 403.304 (new version) and 403.278 (old version). These are more recent and JOBO repairers in Germany have them in stock.

    Just to make sure, it is a cpe, not a cpe2 plus, right?

    Hello,

    I have replaced my motor 2 years ago.
    Yes, the original motor is used for cars and you can find almost the same made by Valeo. Same dimensions, better torque.
    The Valeo motor is better.
