    Carithers Signature Replacement Blades

I have a Carithers Signature mat cutter and am looking for replacement blades. Does anyone out there know of a supplier for these blades? I have several photos on the table for framing, but cannot find a blade supplier.

    Thanks,

Jim, I finally ordered blades for the C&H pro cutter and they work perfrct. The order number is C+H-BLD900SE and the can be ordered from framingsupplies.com ( http://www.framingsupplies.com/C&H/C+HAccessories.htm).

    Carithers Signature Replacement Blades

Dwight and/or Jim - I am considering buying a used Carithers Mat Cutter - what has been your experience with yours? I see the blade replacement has been difficult - Is a Carithers actually a C & H cutter? Any advice/information you could give me would be helpful. Thanks! Carla

The Carithers cutter is actually very similar to the C&H Advantage Pro and will use the same blades. I am really quite happy with mine considering the price I paid for it. Very smooth glides and easy to work with.
