    Schneider Angulon 90mm 6.8 disassembly

Hey gang, I'm about to embark on my next repair project to clean up my 90mm Angulon. I've searched around today but haven't found too much info. I need to open it up to clean and lube some of the internal parts (sticky speeds around 1&1/2 a second), but not sure the best method of doing so. I see 4 screws on the backside and on the front when the element is removed theres a metal part with a lock ring, but it looks like it needs a spanner wrench to open up. I've repaired lots of lenses and am comfortable with the work involved, but I want to have a good game plan for the cleaning. If anyone has links or photos of how to take this apart I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

You just need something like an icepick, or maybe drafting dividers to rotate the little cam. Then the turn the faceplate until it lines up with the slots and it will come off.

I have used an old caliper in lieu of a lens spanner with success.
