    Chris, I used to build those old style traps with my dad in the 80's! Copper nails that wouldn't rust, handmade heads (nets) inside, etc.. They are heavier than other traps above water, but more buoyant underwater, both undesirable traits. Traps and gear make many photographic possibilities.
