    The TT classic road races in September on the Isle of Man is the place to see a huge variety of motorcycles, once covid restrictions are lifted of course.

    Until then I'm rooting around in local garages and getting lucky. Here's a restored '57 Ariel VH 500 single. 80mm with yellow filter and TriX400. Scanned from print.

    Excellent!

    Berman trans, a wonderful design, Monobloc I think are better than Concentric, Magneto, Spigot pipe mount I always thought a cheap out

    Before smart phones, I could call many people with numbers from memory. Today, I think the only number I have memorized is my own.
