Finally…a print from a recent negative! Recent for me, that is - from last August, our latest (yearly) trip to Monhegan.
I’d noticed this Seagull laying on the rocks in (wouldn’t you know it) Gull Cove - and managed to get off a couple of nice hand-held photos (125th f/11-ish) using my Fuji-Voigtlander 667, on TMY film, souped in PMK:
(Just checked the print again...and it looks considerably warmer (almost neutral) than what I see here on my monitor)
Edit: will likely further refine this print (didn't have time yesterday) with a little more burning along bottom and right edges...and a fresher sheet of paper (Ilford Classic) will help to take care of the somewhat over-darkened left/upper left edge - as the sheet I'd used had been somehow slightly light-struck.
Further technical printing notes: 100mm companon-s at f/12.5, Zone 6 enlarger column elevation 32.25 inches (for print size of 15 x 19"), split-grade print (Heiland VC LED at -15 power):
Full Green (grade 0.00) exposures - 20 seconds overall, plus 10 sec. extra for white-feathered areas on seagull, plus 8 sec. burns of upper, right, and lower sides. Additional 8 sec. on left looks overdone as paper had been previously light struck.
Full Blue (grade 5) exposure - 4 seconds overall.

John L: Thanks for your info on your split contrast method. Look forward to seeing your final version.
Here's another barn from riding around on a cold, overcast day. (County Rd F) TriX, 80mm, scanned from film

Which Cty F?
Just kidding, I truly dislike WI Cty signage
I lived west of Madison
and often in North IL
I would get on my BMW and take the most empty roads
Before GPS, never any map
find a Supper Club and eat, find the oldest motel
I doubt that is a German barn
We had one
Tin Can
More kudos for that Bandon Beach photo, Tuco. It's really dynamic and interesting!
