    Very nice, Reinhold. Do you recall whether there was something behind or near you reflecting light onto this facade? Both this and your recently posted cottonwood seem to have illumination from reflected light, a very nice effect.

    Regarding the Abbey Ruins photo...

    As I recall, that October day had low angle sunlight with scattered cumulus clouds. The ruins had no roof (naturally), reflected cloud light filled in nicely.
