November 2013 portraits

This is a wet plate collodion experiment.
So two exposures on the same plate.
It needs very accurate measuring but I am happy with the result.

26,5 x 26,5 cm tintype
Dallmeyer 3a wide open (f4)
exposure times 2 x 3 seconds.

Thanks!. Yep the alignment is the most difficult part. Than the exposure.
This was a third attempt although the first one was also very close.

Jacob Haugaard is one of the most known and beloved intertainers in Denmark...
Google him and you'll find loads of images of him, acting silly in VERY colorful clothes...

I opted for a serious portrait...
