Can you see the problem? Whoever installed the bellows mounting plates put them on crooked! What's the best way to correct this? I have zero competence in changing bellows.

I think the whole bellows was made crooked. I have some like that (not as bad) on my whole plate, they work fine.

Yep. I've got crooked bellows like that as well.
Nothing can be done?
Does it interfere with shooting ?
It doesn't look like it would, but it does look like the bellows were made wrong
too many or too little folds on two of the sides.
If the aesthetics bothers you then replacement bellows are needed.
When it sags, it will favor one side over the other.
Don't change anything! It makes such a nice pixie trap!
