    Digitizing larger prints

I'm looking at ways to digitize prints which won't fit on my v700, from 11x14 to 16x20 inches.

It seems the way to go is to use a DSLR on a copy stand. What kind of specifications would the camera need minimally (I'd hope to buy something used from KEH), and what kind of lens should I be looking at?

This would be for web display up to around 1600 px on a side, with quality similar to what I can get from the v700.

I got a digi rebel from keh for about $125 and use my 50mm 1.4 on a tripod, print taped to the wall, two strobes (one one either side). Just fine for the web.

Thanks. Good to know something that basic will work.
