This could change, Ranger Randar (presently the only ranger for Bodie and Mono lake) allowed us but one of the board members stated that they are getting a new Ranger supervisor and a trainee in a couple of months for a total of 3 rangers. They might not be as welcoming. I suspect he let us do it because we were tucked away in the middle of the park. There's not a lot of space that's hidden from view. We hauled everything out and left no trace including all the fluids - boy that was a back breaking hike from the parking lot to the middle of it all. We were lucky.

Thomas, thank you, I really appreciate that. Funny thing, perhaps not, but I came across this old print of almost 50 years ago and liked it. Either my critical taste is improving,or perhaps, slipping, but I saw the Universe also. Maybe too many looks at Paul's apple! (Caponigro, of course).
I know that you are an experimenter with a passion for photography --- good for you!
