Thumbs up Need info on shooting Fuji instant with 4x5 Cameras

    Hello,

Am looking to acquire a back for shooting fuji instant film with my 4x5 camera
    or some Impossible Instant Film.

Unfortunately I know next to nothing about these products!

If some one could please give me some info on what backs these films are compatable with I would greatly appreciate it!

Pa-145 holder or polaroid 405 holder. That's all you need to know. Every major retaoler sells the film. $8-10/pack.

The PA145 will use the more economical of the instant films from Fuji (fp100c for example)
The PA45 will use the 4x5 sized instant film which are getting more rare and expensive (fp100c45 for example)
You'll want a camera with a graflock back rather than a normal leaf spring style back, as the spring backs often don't open up far enough for the thick holder.

The 4x5 films are no longer manufactured but some old stock can be found, just as you can find expensive old stock Polaroid (which is starting to get funky by now).

The smaller, less expensive FP100c film is approximately 3.25 x 4.25 inches so you lose a portion of the 4x5 image. You can find or make a mask for your ground glass or learn how to guesstimate what the image area is. It's good film otherwise.
