I have CS5, which is fine, because it supports my Nikon D700 and D800. My 'forever' cameras.......

I switched to Affinity and I'm very happy, paid to much in the past to Adobe, if they not change very soon they will loose many user!

you probably want your current computer to be your forever computer. I wouldn't count on forward compatibility.

Same here, plus I'm really happy with Affinity for my iPad.

Same here, Armin and Roger. I ditched Adobe today quoting my dissatisfaction with their 'subscription model'. I think Affinity looks good so I'll give it a go.

maybe I'm missing something but this Adobe issue is specifically about Venezuela. I don't see anything about other countries involved so if one is doing the monthly, there shouldn't be anything to worry about, I presume.

That's a big blunder and recent as in this week! Yikes!

However, I still use $10 PS daily with a monthly subscription, BUT HEAR THIS ADOBE, I process few images per month and often use my cell phone native image manipulation, which is far faster! Not the Adobe Apps, which are clumsy...

I liked having the entire suite but the total cost was way too much for my usage levels

Adobe could serve future customers with more plans that are affordable

I also hate the way Adobe uses a 3rd person voice discussing their offerings in promotions

    Silly... use your corporate voice

I think the issue is that there is an issue with the availability of a de facto world wide resource for photography being dependant on one countries political/judicial system.
