Betax 4 on a Technika board

    Hi all,

I have a Technika board drilled for Copal 3, and I'd like to mount a Betax 4 shutter onto it.
I know that the hole will have to be made slightly larger to accommodate the shutter.
The problem is, the metal light trap around the board's hole protrudes enough that the shutter's flange isn't able to be screwed on.

Should I enlarge the hole even more, or is there a smarter way of doing this?
I have to also consider that the lens, once mounted on the TK board, will be mounted on a Sinar/TK adapter.

    Thanks in advance.

    You may consider extension board.

Front mount the flange onto the board and then screw the lens onto the flange.

Thank you, Sergei, but I don't want yet another accessory.

Simple and clever (and, I'm sure, obvious to all of you )...sold!
    Thanks, Michael.
