How do I search for a phrase such as N+2. I have tried quotes, etc around the phrase but still no luck. Any ideas?

Best read Ansel Adams, The negative, and all will be revealed.
Look up Zone system as well, N+2 is there.

if searching this forum use the advanced search
I think Alan means the search cannot find anything very short- that is, less than (I believe) four characters long. For example, it will find 'PanF', but not 'HP5' (try it!)
You probably need to think of a different way to ask the search question. As Light Guru says, what do you need to know in a more general sense??
Type or paste this in the Google search window:
site:largeformatphotography.info "N+2"
It will also find N-2, but there maybe a tighter search argument that will prevent that.
Rick "finding Google a far more powerful search engine than vBulletin" Denney
It was a general question, but searching with google provides the solution. I thought I was missing some method of searching with vBulletin, but I was not. Thanks for the replies.
Using Firefox as your web browser allows one to have a LF Forum dedicated Google search window. This may be possible through other means but to this digitally impaired user it was the simplest means to avoid the vBulletin search which, as a previous thread stated, sucks. -Chris
