Alex, Beautiful images. Curious about the format. Did you get a reducing back for your 11x14 or just an insert for your holder?

thanks mate. i have some inserts for my holder. ive had them for years but been too scared to use them until now. im really loving the panoramic format. i should really get my 12x20 camera up and running properly.

    Oregon Manroot #1

Scan of a 5x7 inch wet plate collodion negative, made with the Voigtlander Petzval lens. Collodion used: Coffer's #7 for negatives, and developed in Bostick & Sulivan developer @1:5.
Exposure was 6 minutes, which was pushing the limits of the medium: the artifacts on the image perimeter are the result of the plate starting to dry out at the edges prior to development. Thank you, Angels of Uncertainty!

I'm pretty new here and would like to showcase some of my wet plate work. I'm for a 100% a pure portrait shooter.
    3 main lenses: Dallmeyer 3B, Voigtländer Helier 30cm f/4.5 & Voigtländer Helier 30cm f/3.5 almost wide open.
Collodion recipe: Old Dead Bride, my own dev. recipe

Most on 5x7 (13x18) all plates:
