    Re: V700 Scan line error

I have the latest Epson scan, but I'm not sure if I've seen this using Vuescan. Much as I dislike Vuescan I might try it again to compare. Doesn't really seem like a software issue though.

    V700 Scan line error

My V700 has developed a scan line fault, it appears to be consistently in the same place on the scan bed.
It looks like a skip or slip in the scanner transport but I'm no expert.

Re: Epson Scan end of file error

You're right it's the V700. I believe the optical resolution as determined by Sandy King is around 2400 dpi but the 6400 dpi is actual not interpolated. I don't want to get into the argument of...

    Hi
So I've been out of photography for a year or so and have done a Hard drive reformat which means I lost a lot of knowledge and have reset all installs to default.

    Re: Dodgy Jobo CPA-2?

    Thanks for your replys guys.
I put 17 litres of water in it so lack of water should not be an issue. There is definately no drain anywhere on the machine and no provision for it anywhere.
