I installed a long RRS plate. (Multi-Purpose Rail 152mm)
It is also stable when using a tele lens.

I use Schneider Super-Angulon XL 5.6/58mm lens for 45H-1 and 45N-2.
This lens has been installed on the flat lensboard.
