Changing rear focus won't change magnification. Changing front focus will change magnification.

This is not correct. Unlike other cameras, Wista and Linhof Technika cameras need the offset to center the lens on the negative. Why the offset is needed is apparent from the design of these cameras....

If you mean the square frame that holds the lens board, yes, it is held by the screws. If you want any Toyo G 4x5, 5x7 or 8x10 standards let me know.
