I recommend Custom Bellows in the UK.
You would need to send them your old bellows, complete with the frames.
They may or may not have made the originals.
They make excellent bellows, and have...
That's wild, Jim!
Interesting approach...Bill Brandt would approve. :)
You can have one made by cameradactyl...they offer a "Custom Butter Viewfinder" for about $20. It's 3D printed, and mounts into a cold shoe. You tell them the film format and focal length.
I had...
I did cross paths with your father, he was an excellent source for hard-to-find Kodak supplies.
I remember him being extremely knowledgeable and willing to give advice.
Again, my condolences.
+1 on a B&J Rembrandt...especially the Model 2 that folds.
I had an ugly, olive green 5x7 FS here, nobody wanted it, so I said "The heck with it" , and painted it Lake Placid Blue Metallic.
Now I...

You might want to try Alesmith Speedway Stout.
But...but...but...isn't it really all about the bokey? :)
Don't forget those wonderous Oscillo-Raptars & Oscillo-Paragons!
It looked good to me in theory...quite heavy for hand-held...it's made of cast aluminum or "pot-metal". Don't let that handle seduce you. :)
I got one to replace my Calumet CC-400. I ended up hating...
I have used white drafting tape.

Well....if your shutter has "B", you could use a locking cable release.
I'll go with 120mm, f22.
If it were mine, I would remove the rear lens group, then score around the outside edge of the retaining ring with an x-acto knife, and try to loosen the retaining ring with a lens spanner...if still...
I have spent most of my photography time since March acquiring gear, getting shutters CLA'd, and testing film and equipment...with a few photo-hikes along the way.
I've processed a lot of film, but...
Thanks for fixing the issue!....I was going through withdrawals. :)
There is a 9 1/2" f4.5 Raptar. It's non-tele.
I have seen an Ebay ad for a 10", I believe it was for the military, with red & yellow filters.

Film test of outdated 5x7 Velvia 100.
Hard to get a good cell phone shot from a light table, lots of weird color fringing...
Color of trans is right on, in-person.
Burke & James 5x7...
Nice Huey Lewis reference.
I like square format...I 'm intrigued.
Many technicians that do CLA's on LF shutters provide a dated printout of resulting shutter speeds after a CLA.
Most CLA warranties are for 30-90 days.
Having dated printouts of shutter speeds MAY...
FYI, Shanghai does a ULF program similar to Ilford, and 2x3 is one of the sizes available to order.
That mounting press is great for flattening prints...you'll want some release paper, and a large flat weight, like a smooth board with books on top, also..
I transported an Omega D5XL and a Leitz Focomat in a Jeep Cherokee without disassembly.
Do you have a friend with an SUV ?
Beautiful images, Tuco and gcap!
^^^^Nice studio glamour shot!
Most shutters are not accurate at their highest speeds.
I think your best option would be to have your lens cells adapted to an all-black Copal #1 shutter (most recent version)...and have the...
Previsualization is what you hope to achieve...
Postvisualization is the gyrations undertaken to make what you actually achieved look like what you originally hoped to achieve.
Contact Carol at Flutot's Camera Repair...check the website first.
Wow. An assistant couldn't figure out where flare was coming from?
I would hope it was a very unusual, hard to trace source of flare, like the sun reflecting off of a car windshield two blocks...
I'm with Steve K on this.
S.K. Grimes can fab the retaining ring.
It looks to me like the bottom support wood is damaged and at an angle...it appears that the clips are straight.
That would explain why the top clips are missing the mark by 1/2"
Some folks do things to differentiate themselves from others....some like to do things that are difficult, to suffer for their art.
We have folks here on the forum coating their own glass & metal...
Why not?
