If you look at the picture you can see that the top column would have been all wrong as it is now.

I don't have a darkroom and find it simpler to use tanks.

It will be printed in five parts all with flat side down.
I think the center will be just fine to print, it's not a "solid" center instead a "sprocket" center to allow for some flex.

I'm trying to figure out the F-stop of the lens.
It's focal length are about 70mm and the lens diameter 37mm which should give a F-stop of around 1.8 could this be correct?
