Hi BeeMirrors.
I don't want to speak on behalf of Jim, but I look on the website and they are currently looking for entries.
Just click on "call for entries" on top of the big "Lightbox" word...
And don't forget your sponsor: Dr. Pepper ;)
That is exactly my way of thinking :)
But recently, I bought a Fujinon lens and I let down my Schneider because I prefered the sharpness of the Japan lens over the German lens.
But in my...

That will depend of the time you'll spend looking for one on eBay :p
Hi.
I bought my Meridian 45B camera in March, but it's only today that I took a picture of it.
At first, I was looking for a MPP camera. Unfortunately, poor as I am, I couldn't afford a decent...
I didn't receive an email from them for a while either.
... And still hoping that, one day, I'll see the color of their new color film :)
I think this thread should be in the "Wanted To Buy" section :D
300 or 360mm is like a normal lens for a 8X10. You'll have to buy a lens that is close to 600mm if you want to do such portrait.
But this said, it doesn't mean that you can't do portraits with...
Good day, folks!

Hi.
I'll describe some of the parts, but not all, unfortunately.
The second picture is a bellows to use with wide angle lenses, as the regular bellows has a certain limit that this bellows...

I started showing my photographs in different visual art fairs in 2010. Since then, I sold 2 or 3 pictures.
I remarked that visitors come to art fairs to see paintings. Not photographs. And...
Hi, Welcome from the Count.... hum.... Province of Quebec (still) ;)
In May 27th, there will be the Big One. It's a photographic flea market in Toronto. You'd be able to find what you're looking...
I have a Wing Lynch 4, but unfortunately, I never had the chance to use it... yet. The problem is I live in a rented apartment so I can't modify the place to use the processor.
A few years ago, I...
Your lucky that you got the name so quickly: it took me years to get the name of the tripod. I found out about the name when I saw a tripod with the same logo in a photographic flea market in...
Sorry if I'm a bit out of the subject...
In my opinion, your Quick Set tripod is not good to support your Toyo.
I have a Toyo View 45G and also the same Quick Set tripod. I found out that the...
It seems that the two first pictures cannot be seen :(
Thank you for all your answers.
I'll try with a pixels box before using them on films.
Have a nice day!!!
I have a L1200 from 1979 (I think. It is written on the column), with the colour head. I also have a DII (not to confuse with the D2) from Omega. The Durst is my main enlarger as it is solid and...

It seems something made by a company (in Japan I guess).
Hi folks.
I have two monolights: one Bowen Prolite 100 (500 w/s) and an Alien Bees B140 (140 w/s if I remember well).
Using them for black and whites is a very easily done, but I'm worry that...
For me, it seems to be stains from the stop. I'd think to blix it again, but you said it didn't work.
Apart of that, I don't really know how to help you :(
Good luck!!!
Jeff
Seems like a "thing" that can hold two film tanks?
Unfortunately, that's all I have in mind for that part.
Good luck finding what exactly this thing is!
So, as I said in a previous post, I went to see the exhibition at the Dylan Ellis Gallery.
I was amazed about Ginette's photographs and also the other exhibitors. It was also great to meet Mr....
Well, I'm here since a few weeks and I already forgot to introduce myself:

I only checked the last two pages of this thread and I'm kind of glad that I'm young, real young. 29 years old.
Well it's in US rate. With today's exchange rate, my REAL age is... 38. ...

It's funny to take a so long trip to see pictures...
