    Re: Lupex Paper

My experience with Adox Lupex is limited to a couple of sheets only. Developed in Ilford Multigrade the tonality was distinctly cool even bluish.

Re: Fomatone 532 II Nature experience?

132 should be totally matte with no reflection coming back, whereas 532 shows some sheen.

    Fomatone 532 II Nature experience?

I would appreciate any shared experience on Fomatone 532 II paper. In the past I have been using 542 and 542 II, never 532 II which is the only one currently in production, apart from 131, 132, and...

Re: Adox / Bergger / Ilford FB paper tone

Adox Variotone is very malleable tone-wise, with a very bright (pure white!) base. It's my favorite paper.

  32. Poll: Re: Modern Rodinal: Adonal, Adolux, Fomadon, R09, R09 Spezial - Which are you using?

Sorry Stone, you gave no evidence that R09 is a variant of the second to last formula of Rodinal by Agfa. I'm not disputing anything else.

    Cheers!
  33. Poll: Re: Modern Rodinal: Adonal, Adolux, Fomadon, R09, R09 Spezial - Which are you using?

Mirko never said R09 is a variant of the second to last formula of Rodinal by Agfa as you wrote in post #14t. He said that shortly after Agfa went down and Agfa chemistry was still produced by A&O,...
  34. Poll: Re: Modern Rodinal: Adonal, Adolux, Fomadon, R09, R09 Spezial - Which are you using?

They are all very similar except for the R09 Spezial / Rodinal Spezial / Studional which is a PQ developer.
