  1. Re: Brown craft paper ok for initial 24 hours drying?

I think I'll go this route. Thanks for the idea!
  2. Brown craft paper ok for initial 24 hours drying?

Epson papers come with instructions that recommend placing "plain" printer paper on a print during it's first 24 hours of drying. I do this because I notice less bronzing of the print down the road....

Re: Enlarged negs using Epson R 3000?

This may be an old thread now but I owned an R3000 for almost 2 years.

    Good things:
The heads almost never clogged. It'd sometimes sit for 3 months without use and I never had to worry about it...
  4. Re: Brightness of super angulon mc 5.6 and what does the xl do better?

The main problem is illumination of the corners. I don't really have problems with saturation, I just think of it as a bonus if I can get it a little better. I do sometimes have problems with flare...

  9. Brightness of super angulon mc 5.6 and what does the xl do better?

I have an older single coated super angulon f8 which I'm starting to tire of due to the dark corners. I shoot in the field and I think I'd be able to work quicker with a brighter image.

    How much...
  10. Re: Nikon F-Mount to enlarger lens with bellows?

Awesome, that's the info I was looking for :D and it's only about $30 from ebay.

Yeah you're right. With the 4x5 film loaded in the enlarger I'd have a bellows for between the lens and the...
  11. Re: Nikon F-Mount to enlarger lens with bellows?

It's a turret, not a lens board, so I'd rather not epoxy something to it. I was hoping to figure it out with threaded adapters and the likes.
  12. Nikon F-Mount to enlarger lens with bellows?

I'm probably not the first person to think of this. I currently have an omega 4x5 enlarger with a dichroic head. Is there a way to reverse mount an enlarger lens then mount a DSLR to the lens for...
