    Ektascan is made for detailed radiology and is single emulsion so it has a much finer grain and softer curve than regular 2 sided xray. The print you use does matter but I've used normal contrast...

    Hi Ned,
    I used a "normal" silver print with all the dodges and burns to make it right. The X-ray adds the density naturally. I did use single weight paper for the print and single emulsion...

    Thanks! and yes, exactly. Its printed correctly so its a perfect internegative to print on to x-ray film.
