Re: Arista EDU Ultra 100 vs 200?

I've noticed that all (at least all that I've seen) Arista/Foma sheet films just have one notch, of the same size and shape. It lets you orient the film properly, which appears to be its sole...
  3. Re: MF (6x4.5,6x6,6x7,6x9,6x12) B&W film images sharing

That's a neat image! I'd like to try photographing lightning, but have never really gotten the chance. Do you leave the shutter open, on bulb, and wait or did you "just get lucky?"

Nice, I love the landscape of the Desert Southwest. Hopefully, I will be able to head back out there, soon.

    Re: post "in Galli style"

I certainly wouldn't call it a "waste." I quite like it. My Dad is "in to" Lionel trains, so I know he'd like it, too.

    Re: Your Street Photo's

The West Indies images are my favorite all 16 you posted, so far. I can't say exactly why, "there's just something about them."

And, ironically, Delta has glomed on to every 717 they can get their hands on. They seem love it for the 100-110 seat short and mid-range markets.

    Re: New Ektachrome 35mm

I finally got a test roll scanned and I'm liking it. The colors seem to be pretty accurate, as this image represents "what my eyes saw." This image is from the end of November, 2019, on the new...

Good work! I agree with Peter, I really like how the shadow compliments her.
  13. Re: CatLABS X film, from Freestyle - any user information?

There are plenty of examples, with different developers, in the links in post #6, of said thread. I think they provide a reasonable idea of "how it actually performs."
  14. Re: CatLABS X film, from Freestyle - any user information?

Here's a link to another thread, that I though was interesting, and has some of the information, for which you're looking.

They're cute! How'd you get them told still? I have trouble getting my two dogs to still enough for a 35mm SLR...that has autofocus!

  38. Re: Post Your Photos Made At Close Distance

I really enjoy images like this. They're deceptively simple, when you first see them, but when you see them, they become quite complex. I wish I had the "eye" for finding and/or composing them.
