    Yes, our monitors make the final difference. I made that edit on my calibrated iMac at home. On my non-calibrated Windows machines at work the image looks rather different :rolleyes:

    It's one thing for a lens to fit (when mounted forwards) but additional convenience comes when the cable release can stay on the lens.

    Framing and matting is a matter of taste and can make or break a photo.

    There has to be a harmony between the frame, the mat, the print paper color and the print ink color - which lifts the photo...

    In documentary photography we try to include everything and deliver a literal interpretation. In fine art photography showing fewer details can leave room for the imagination.
