Are you pre-soaking the film before development?

I've had similar problems with FP4 which disappeared once i stopped pre-soaking.

Re: Linhof vs Berlebach for Sinar Norma

Most of my work involves having the feet or lower sections in the sea or in rivers.

I'd like to use my Berlebach, but leave it...

+1 looks like a light leak.

Get a torch inside the bellows in a darkened room and look for light coming out of the pleats in the bellows.

    Re: Pyrocat-HD ?precipitate

That's very interesting Hedd-wyn......i must try warming my Part A up too to see if it gets rid of the precipitate.

Easier to keep the solution in the house than to keep the darkroom warm!

    Re: Pyrocat-HD ?precipitate

I've seen this separation of Part A before in a couple of kits from PF.

Although it's disturbing to see, it does not appear to have any adverse effect on the action of the developer.

  16. Re: Linhoff technika upgrade kit wide angle strut kit

Yeah, that looks similar to the internal focussing bed from a 2000.

    Mike
  17. Re: Linhoff technika upgrade kit wide angle strut kit

Maybe it's more like a 2000 conversion with the internal focussing on a lever inside the body as opposed to the 3000 which has a focus knob on the outside of the shell?

Re: HP5+ and Pyrocat HD in a Jobo CPP3

I can't speak for the CPP3, but on my CPA2 the rotation speed is governed by the rotary control and the reversing is triggered by the crow's foot. So you get a full two and a quarter rotations before...

Re: Benro Pan Tilt Head - Real?

It looks very similar as the Manfrotto (Bogen) 410 Geared head.....looks to be a similar price too (at least in the UK)

  31. Re: Manfrotto 400 Geared Head Quick Release Plate dimensions

Ah, ok, now i see what you're looking for.

I was confused because my 405 and 410 geared heads use RC4 plates.
