Re: Affordable 8x10: Any Other Game than Intrepid?

    Quite nice to see.
Already new the brand and cameras. Even thought, the fact of having 6 puts the question: why 6 cameras?

Re: Affordable 8x10: Any Other Game than Intrepid?

Yes, it is a "Corona Virus" project for me. A bathroom at home is being redone, so I had some boxes from things like the autoclism. I already had this "problematic" Componon 240mm that I got cheap...

Re: Affordable 8x10: Any Other Game than Intrepid?

    Well...
Good to read reviews about those new cheap camera builders.
If you want cheap, build a carsboard camera for a 8x10 Fidelity holder. Just finished one for a Schneider Componon. (Because I'm...
  5. Re: Paper Negative Reversal Process (In camera positives)

    Hello there,

metabisulfite was sooooo much cheap and easier to find around here.

I read that both do the same so...

    I hope it helped.
  6. Re: Paper Negative Reversal Process (In camera positives)

    Toxic gases? Maybe.
The Chemicals may interact in other ways. Who knows!

Anyway, this process must always made in a well ventilated space (metabisulphite has a quite harsh gas)
  7. Re: Paper Negative Reversal Process (In camera positives)

    Peres Casal,

i've been testing using your formula to:
. better understand where things may get wrong
. get better control on contrast
. Get out some variables as "visual inspection"

    As a...
  8. Re: Paper Negative Reversal Process (In camera positives)

    I have tested some variables:
    No rinse
    Second light exposure step
    Pre flash

No rinse: possible but shortens chemicals usability
    Second exposure: from step 5
    Pre-flash: helps with darker...
  9. Re: Paper Negative Reversal Process (In camera positives)

    Hello,

after some test I concluded that 1.5 cand give me rather better results than 3 ISO.
Also, after seeing some other recipes for the bleach, I decided to use 2 minutes instead of one (If you...

    Yes and no no.
Yes, I started with pinhole because I had no budget to have a camera.

No. I already have a camera and I still shoot with pinhole.
