    Is it possible that your scanner is the issue? What does a comparison of the negatives show. You should have no problem getting sharp images with the lenses you mention.

    It was the paper.... i can get close with Ilford Warmtone....but i'm about to print it on Ilford Art 300. The paper is unforunately long gone... i have a little Fortezo graded left.

    The photo is in the famous Bugaboo group of the Purcell Mountains. I've never used an original Mamiya 6 ... but i don't imagine the finder is much to write home about. An Ikonta or Super Ikonta...

    This one with a Fuji 6x9. I loved that Mamiya 6....great lenses (especially the 50mm) & w the lens collapsed ...as small & light as a Leica. Love those big negatives in the darkroom.
