A question - do many peeps actually use the "light bulb" to change the UI to black? It creates a lot of work (I have to remake the whole UI in 2 colours). So if it isn't being used I'd like to kill...
A "native" mini version is not likely. It's hard to see the user-base being big enough to cover the effort. The UI stuff is a lot of work guys.
This isn't an app with millions of users. In fact...
All good Stone. Don't sweat it!
So - 3.0 is now under active development. If you're a RT User and have ideas or feature requests please feel free to hit me up. Now is the time. I hope to get it...
Hi Roger. I know this was a while ago now, but it's not correct. You only ever need to buy the pro version once.
Stone is also incorrect in saying there is a lack of a restore purchase button.
...
Just a note to let everyone know - I have pushed an update to Apple that addresses an issue some users were having with the Zone Editor.
I am continuing work on version 3.0 - but it has been...
I was a lot more concerned about the monster eel that swam through my tripod legs while this was exposing!
:-)
Sensational picture Gary. Really. Great.
Naw - thanks Stone. You're very kind.
And thank you Pali. Glad you enjoy it.
It's a great area for those looking for non-iconic Australian landscape locations!
Not so much at the edge as in the middle of the creek...
A little something of mine from a recent trip.
Velvia 50 (as always!).
This is Never Never Creek near Dorrigo in NSW, Au.

Nice one EOTS. Great to see the waterfall thread come back to life!
Here's a recent one of mine. This is from Dorigo NP in central NSW.
For a change this on Astia.

I have started some initial design work around a new release of Reciprocity Timer. I hope to have it ready in the next 2 or 3 months.
I'm reviewing the UI and will probably re-design the Notes...
Ahhh. Of course! Yes well it was definitely pre 2013 so must have been the earlier model.
I am fairly sure I had a P3. But I no longer have it to check. I did really like it. And when I first had it I couldn't believe how well it carried. I think maybe it was just that the PBP is a bit...
I love these threads, it's always great reading about people's hiking perspectives. Especially Drew Grylls. ;-)
One thing that I find interesting is that people who want backpack advise seem to...
I have a swag. A tarp. And 2 x 10l water bottles. And a battery and fridge for the film (and beer). And solar panels.
PLB - nah. First aid kit. Yes. These places all have other people at them. Even...
Anywhere through Central Queensland will be hot as at that time. But having said that - you stand a good chance of some dramatic thunderstorm action to provide some interesting light.
Carnavon is...
Thanks everyone for your kind words on my image. It's a truly remarkable place and privilege to have been able to interpret it in a way that speaks clearly to others. This particular waterhole is of...
I haven't posted for a while. Here's a recent shot from Central Queensland. This is Gudda Gumoo - Rainbow Waters.
Velvia 50. Chamonix 45n-2. 75mm Nikkor.

Cassis is really nice. As is the Callanques. I'd go back in a heart beat!
Because it's 2 to the power of! Not just 2 times... It's a "J" curve, not a straight line!
The 2 times thing is because 2 to the power of 1 (1 stop) equals 2.
All you need to do is enter the same times as shown out to 64 seconds. So 2 - enter 2. etc.
When you get over 64 seconds (for example 1'20" - 80 secs) just 1/3 of a stop to 80 seconds... which while...
You can add these yourself Stone. There's a custom film editor! Just enter the times from these sheets ...
:p
I have looked at an Android port. It's very expensive and doesn't support a lot of the stuff. So I would basically need to re-code. I have asked my android-using friends to give me a handset when...
Because there is totally no room for another button! I already get flak for the buttons being too small! :)
Ok. I'll look into it for you. There's an update due soon anyway to address some weird numbers in one of the T-Max options. And to add a button that lets you reset all your custom files and filters....
Hi Deval. By short exposures I assume you mean those under 1 second? So you just want a way to record your notes etc. if you've made an exposure at say 1/60th or something? Yes?
Hmmm. Very good point Lachlan...
Thanks Brad.
That equation is a pretty common one and certainly approximates the times Stone lists well - under 4 seconds.
If we can confirm the 1.5 and 3.5 second exposure times I can work it in....
Totally ROL. I thought that was what I meant! :D
I totally love my 75! It is my go-to lens and has produced probably 80% of my exhibited work. The image circle is huge (for a wide) so it accommodates plenty of funky movements and is just a pleasure...
Thanks Gary. This was April this year. It's a good time of year for foliage colour but you lose out on ice and snow capped peaks unfortunately.
Hmmm. Maybe post on that forum and ask there? A little hesitant to include un-tested times that may ruin people's work on expensive and rare film. $6 a sheet? Pfft. Try Velvia 50 prices! :)
Thanks for kind comments everyone!
There has been some sharpening applied in post, of course. But it's across the entire frame. The edges of the mountains are very sharp on the light table!
Hey Stone. So how reliable are these times? Like do they match with your experience? If you think they are solid I'll happily add them...
Milford Sound, NZ. Cropped Velvia 50 ...

Wicked Harley. I drove past Factory Butte 2 years ago but didn't have time to stop. :(
Nice one Vaughn! I did scout out a composition down there but the tide was running in so fast it was crazy. Not sure I would have made it off the beach...
It's a great spot. That whole section of...
Neither. As I said. Stef. :p
It's probably just the bit of curves adjustment making you think that. The transparency is bang on. I can assure you!
Thanks Alex. There wasn't an image 40 seconds either side of this mate...
Call me Stef. Everyone else does... ;)
Hey Stone. Thanks! It's Velvia 50 - that I intentionally over exposed in quite flat light. Then pushed the contrast after scanning. I'm pleased the image is just as I visualised it!
