Looks quite nice, and clean print. Are you going to share the STL files at any point?
So I wanted to follow up on this. A couple days after my post Doug PMed me to get my info and email. I guess found the order as it shipped another 2 days later. I have the holder and trying to...
I came to the thread hoping to hear more recent good news. I've had 2 from Doug in the past before I quit and sold everything. I have a 4870 now and was hoping to get the plate before it came in. My...
I have mounted my Nikon 75 f4.5, Nikon 150 f5.6, and Nikon 210 f5.6 all with caps and had ample room still. A tele or barel lens wouldn't find but I don't know of any "normal" lens that wouldn't on a...
Thank you!

I'm not talking about using the full dump as the main gallery, but instead using a mixture of collect and smart galleries to populate various categories. I keep my client stuff separate though.

I am. Flickr and 500px are social media image sharing sites. smugMug is a website service for photographers. I do use 500px some as well. I have Flickr but it seems mostly dead anymore.

I wasn't sure if I should post this here or Business. I have been using SmugMug for almost a year now and have been happy with the site, but I have changed my organization several times and trying to...

Thank you! It's a really great place that I would love to go back to. We were only there for 2 days, but I got a number of my best shots from that trip in St Augustine.
The lighthouse shot was...
9:30, used a circular polarizer to bring more detail in the water and a Lee little stopper (6 stop). Ilford FP4+ and f16. With resoprocity at f22 where I like to shoot it was around 25 minutes!

Wow, that shot turned out very well!!

Thanks Oren, not what I was hoping to hear, but I'm glad to know that now then after buying the camera and film.

So you never plan images? Come back when conditions are different, weather, seasons changes, better or different light, etc? Ever walked around somewhere (I don't know about you but I don't always...
I don't mean as a Polaroid from the 4x5, I'm taking using the instax wide camera as a scouting tool.

I've been using my phone and the viewfinder app too, but looking at the phone just isn't the same for me, plus I have to stare at a screen at work all day.

The instax Wide is supposed to be nearly the size of 4x5 (though smaller still). Given its style of shooting, I think this camera could actually be used as a scouting/planning tool. Has anyone else...

I still need to make a proper "studio" image of my camera, hopefully this weekend :)

So has anyone used a reverse ND for sun shots? I have one and have been trying over and over (shooting Velvia and Provia) but can never get the exposure right. My last round the sky (before the sun...
I'm glad! I agree about Kumar. He is the one that procured my SP for me.

Very calming!
I really like this one. The placement of the outline of the tree and the sky and how it just fades to black. Very well done! I wish I got to shoot E100VS at some point.
Let me know how it goes. I made the light seals I was looking for, but still need a rear hood.

As I said you do NOT need an adapter of any kind for that lens. You just need to get the lens oriented properly on the board. That lens is smaller then the 210W I had on mine and it fit just fine...
You can loosen the lens from the board then rotate it just a bit counter clockwise then it will fit. My 210 on my HD has to be in a specific position too in order to get the cable on. The downside of...
I hate to hear about your thread being locked! I don't think I ever replied to it, but I often don't, though I did browse it frequently and check updates. The stories that went along with it is what...
