I was at a local living history museum today doing some shots for them and one of the gardeners came up and asked me a question
she had a tin type photo of her children taken at a civil war...
so far, it looks like the website still shows the mark II - hopefully they will update that soon, I'd like to see the changes - and will they offer a black or hardwood version of the new 8x10

the Century 9a studio camera I just picked up has an early 420 Heliar, with the 8x10 back I can get full body images with head and foot room on the ground glass at 11 feet.
