  1. Re: Online Reference for overview of Darlot Lenses?

If you want to read it, write it. The references I cited in my Berthiot article and the on-line libraries that have them are a good place to start.

If you just want to know much of what can be...

Sort of. P-H Pont's little book Les Chiffres Cles has it. Unfortunately it is out of print.

    I have a copy, post the s/n.

    Re: 508mm f/7 ILEX lenses

We are talking about the same thing. We don't agree.

    Re: 5x12 Lens kit

Jim, is that Velostigmat a tessar type? I ask because on 5x12 a 6 1/2" lens is roughly half normal focal length, will have to cover 90 degrees. That boggles my little mind.

    Were you thinking of...

I'm in a checking frame of mind this morning.

Bryan, I calculate it as 330 mm, close enough to your 325 mm. I used nominal, not actual, size. Actual should be a little smaller.

    OP, my...

  15. Re: How To Keep Aperture Open on Linhof Technika 75mm Super Angulon F5.6 Lens?

Hmm. That lens should be in a Synchro-Compur #0 or a Copal #0, not a #00 as I believe Steve thinks. Compur is more likely than Copal.

By an odd coincidence, I have one Copal 0 and two...

Re: E-Bay and PayPal: What should I know?

This forum isn't the best place to sell, um, exotica. People here are cheapskates and not very interested in cult lenses.
