I had a few brief communications with Peter, the owner. He stated that it would be between $1,200 and $1,500. Whether that is still the case I do not know. Overall I was expecting more sticker shock.

The company "mjkzz" created a motorized stack and stitch system that looks just about perfect for highly reproducible DSLR scanning and stitching. I have not used it personally, but am very intrigued...
