    I use Kessler Kwik Release Receiver V2 for my Chamonix 4x5 and Mamiya RB67 medium format 6x7. Also, see if you can get the matching two screw plates to avoid camera twisting.

    Here is a comparison between Epson V850 dry scan of Tmax 100 with its 4x5 film holder against a Howtek 8000 drum scan. They compare favorably. Sorry, I don't have an Epson wet scan of it.

    The V850 film holders for 4x5, 35mm, and 120, hold the film flat against built-in glass in the holders. OF course, for 8x10 where the glass platen is used to scan, that's not the case. So wet...

    Epson has a separate scan program called Epson Scan 2 for Apple. The regular Epsonscan is for Windows computers.

    Any method probably will be fine. I do scan 4x5, 6x7 and 35mm with a V850 at 2400bpi. (I'm shooting 4x5 with a 45H-1 Chamonix) But that gets reduced for the web at the end of editing to around 1600...
