How many foot candles do I need?

There's a photograph I want to take at dusk that will need artificial lighting and I want to use continuous lighting. There is a local rental house that provides lighting for the film industry and...
  4. Re: New Book: Landscape as Longing: Queens, New York by Frank Gohlke and Joel Sternfe

Looks interesting! As someone who is attempting to tackle photographing an urban landscape this book is right up my alley. And both of these guys make it appear easy, which it ain't.

  12. Re: Fujinon W f6.5 360mm vs Nikkor W f6.5 360mm

Not a common lens but I found a 360mm Commercial Congo that is small and light, relative to the plasmats. Takes 67mm filters and is in a Copal shutter. Essentially, a modern version of the 14" KCE....
