  1. Re: Dry Plates (handmade) - Tips & Tricks, Experiences & Examples . . .

Mamut is an active company in the wet plate crowd. Have seen them at events. No experience myself, but worth a try.

FotoImpex also offers glass plates nowadays. Probably still not cheapest...
  2. Re: Scanner Comparison 2019 [Epson Flatbed | Eversmart Flatbed | Drum Scanners]

Thank you all for responding to my suggestion. Encouraging reminder to start working on a DSLR setup myself.
  3. Re: Scanner Comparison 2019 [Epson Flatbed | Eversmart Flatbed | Drum Scanners]

This is excellent work. Following along with great interest.

Maybe a suggestion: how about including comparison to dslr 'scans'? Clearly this initiative is primarily a scanner comparison, yet...

Re: De Vere 504 Electronic Timer

That is an interesting cable indeed. Thanks for the information! Would need a different power plug here though.

Will look to repair the current timer first, hoping to restore the enlarger to its...

Re: New Product - Lens and Shutter Protectors

Seems like a viable product to me, and fair at the suggested price point. If more orders come in you can consider lowering pricing somewhat (e.g. #6) .

I'm starting to build my LF gear, so I...

Re: selenium toner: the fool's gold toner

Quick research @Koraks! Seems interesting to give a fool's gold toner a try for Van Dyke. Keep us posted if you have any news for B&S @olive92 [emoji2]

    Re: DSLR Scanner: Light Sources

Thanks a lot! Very helpful indeed. I'm mainly digitizing B&W on 35mm and medium format.

For light I will keep an eye out on decent lightbox. Seems more convenient as well.

    The one shot tip is...
