Re: Zeiss Ideal 250/7 lens mount

Thank you Ron for the excellent description, photos and links.

I believe ICA and Zeiss must have made hundreds if not more of these cameras. I am really surprised that the lens adapters seem so...

    Zeiss Ideal 250/7 lens mount

I have a Zeiss Ideal 9X12 camera without a lens. It looks to have a Zeiss bayonet mount with the silver lever below the lens. I have several Tessar lenses, but all have the standard retaining ring...

    Re: Moved?

    Thank you Oren Grad,

Wow! That is quite a sophisticated set-up you linked. I'm not sure I even understand it fully other than it is capturing view camera/lens images with a digital sensor. ...

    Re: Moved?

OK. Thanks for the explanation. I see now that acceptable posts can involve "a digital back with a nominal sensor size of 4"x5" or larger to be LF, as well, regardless of technology." My post...

Re: Toyo 45D revolving back release lever

Thank you. That would be great. I'll take a photo tomorrow and send you a message. It's just a small press on lever over a knurled shaft. I believe the shaft is 6mm.

Re: Storage box for my Toyo 45D

Thanks. I hadn't thought of that. Maybe I can cover them up and add external handles.

Storage box for my Toyo 45D

    Toyo 45D storage box

I needed a way to safely store my Toyo 45D. While certainly not the lightest solution, I found that a plyometric exercise box worked well for my needs. The box is 12” X 16”...

Toyo 45D revolving back release lever

    Hello,

The revolving back plastic release lever on my Toyo 45D is broken. It fits over a short knurled shaft. It looks very fragile so I think maybe this isn't an unusual problem. I am new to...
