    1. UV portion is almost useless - won`t pass through glass below 350nm. you need massive blue portion instead

    2. hybrid (custom wavelenghts) LED modules are best for this . I use hybrid aquarium...

    one of the better plates from my 2nd session . lessons learned :

    - how long to wait for collodion to settle before dipping it into silver
    - too fast dipping and design of dipper causes swirly...

    Interesting pictures, somehow mysterious as best UV capable lenses (not-fluorite) can see down below to maybe 320nm and have zero transmittance in UV-B / UV-C .

    Or is he using 7000$ nikon 105/4.5 ?

    Hi, i`m currently building two lights for wetplates :

    1. made of 24 panels with 48 5630 cold white LEDs each - 1152 LEDs total from 40cm*20cm surface. It should give around 20k lumens at lower end...

    hola,

    i have a chance to buy set of 5 linhof filters in original boxes for 20E. these are referred as 42mm drop-in, slip-in or lollipop filters, but i do not know what lens hood / filter holder...
