It just seems that 99.9% of the time I agree w/ what you post Paul ( Love your image making more) and this is no exception.
It's their play for the holiday "busy" season" and they seem to rinse & repeat every holiday season.
No no way to access the FS WTB forum until a member for 30 days and we have good reason for this rule. All that said the guy who would probably supply or locate a Toyo bit would probably be B.S Kumar...
I would certainly give it a try. My bet would be it's just fine. In my experience unopened Xtol is good way past it's exp date. YMMV. This is of course if it's been stored (most of it's life) in...

You have one of those Linhof "special tip" cable release connectors on your lens board, it kind of snaps in instead of screwing in.
As Alan has said if you loosen your lens from lens board then...
Yes and also absent of flash sync so if you like to shot in studio w/ strobes consider this but a flash sync could be easily added by good tech while the shutter is being CLA'd.
This looks like a...

Hey Roger FYI my reason for bringing condition of my camera up was NOT to be a showoff or boasting but SIMPLY to point out that the serial # was there, that I HAD found it & it was NOT sanded away...
Hey Roger the factory serial # is while standing facing the camera head on is found in the upper right hand corner of the rear standards underside. This is for sure as I just looked over my F&S 7x17...
Hey Roger
I have a near new original everything (not refinished)F&S 7x17 and I'll look it over once I'm back in town this coming Wednesday.I'm about 90% sure there is the standard F&S serial # ...
You could look for a Jobo 3062 or if needed the 3063 but there is a is also the 2500 series that could be used and would cost less then the 3000 series tanks.
Welcome aboard bashrafi from the other side of our state near Pittsburgh!
This is a great place w/ good people willing to help you out but it's REALLY a great place to study/learn most all...
No it's not a direct fit w/out modifications anyways.
As I recall the trick is to move both standards to one side of the rail clamp so the standards can be moved as close as necessary for infinity focus or closer focus.
Welcome aboard brokenshutter!
Plenty to learn and we'll look forward to your contributions once you jump in. A very good place to start to get a basic understanding of what goes on here & what...
Hi Fenton & Welcome to the forum!
The answers/advice above are very sound & I'll only add seeing how your camera is a Sinar P2 4x5 it will be most at home on the Sinar Pan/tilt head. I know...
WOW Great to know brother Dan! I just figured seeing how it's so rare for this type of swap out in my life.
It wont be simple swap out & it wont be inexpensive to have the proper thread couplers plus the new f stop scales
I would sell this one & replace it with a like Tele lens in a factory mounted...
It's more then likely an earlier Voigtlander Rapid Rectilinear in either F6 or F8 maximum aperture later called Euryskope and each had a intended purpose like WA RR or med WA or better coverage in...
No. Not a straight fit as the thread size is different.
I missed the damage part but YES post a picture of the damage for sure.
Then WHY have this thread keep track of "SF lens sales"? Not the place to show off ones score. JMO.
The OP may want to post photos of both front & back of Fujinon lens in question as well as couple of side views. This will help us to check if something is physically out of order. Like mismatched...
Hey Mike Welcome back brother!
The OP already answered that question, A Fujinon 250mm f5.6 Soft Focus no strainer & @ f5.6 The SF Fujinon is a tiny bit under corrected triplet.
BTW Lovely portrait norviken
