Re: Wireless Flash Trigger Mounting Ideas for LF

I use a cheap clamp I found on amazon. It gives you a lot of possible mounting locations.

I have it connected to my packard shutter in this poor photograph.

  2. Re: How to replace the FP shutter in a Speed Graphic

You might want to keep an eye out on the big auction site for a used focal plane shutter. I picked up one many years ago for less than $30 to replace a focal plane shutter in an Anniversary Speed...

    Re: Stearman Press SP-810

So far, it is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I wanted something that would allow me to quickly process a single sheet of 8x10 film, without having to set up my Jobo or working from trays in...

Re: Where Do Y’all Stick Your Triggers?

The cheap clamps you can find online (I bought this one on Amazon) with a 1/4-20 stud or threaded hole work well with a flash cold shoe. I used a ball head cold shoe and it can be oriented a bunch of...

That is great he stood behind his product.

Now you can experiment. Maybe modify the rear clip to change the flow characteristics over it?

Will a 5x7 sheet fit the long way into the grooves if you take the rear center support out? My CL-81 doesn't have that rear center clip that is causing the issue. I am curious if I buy...

  11. Re: What is the lightest 4x5 field camera with a rotating back?

Out of curiosity, I placed my Nagaoka on my postal scales and it registered 2 lbs 11 oz without lensboard or lens.

And if a rotating back on a field camera is absolutely necessary, I also weighed...
  12. Re: What is the lightest 4x5 field camera with a rotating back?

Though you have to reposition the back 90 degrees rather than rotating the back, the Anba Ikeda 4x5 is very light.
