Re: Looking for 5x7 macro lens recommendation

My humble suggestions, based on my philosophy of simple solutions:

  8. Re: Fujinon 90mm/f5.6 SWD rear element doesn't fit on a Wista 45SP - alternatives?

Actually, both types of bellows could be used without the special lens board. The one that allowed the use of the special lens board had a threaded ring to accommodate the board.

  9. Re: Fujinon 90mm/f5.6 SWD rear element doesn't fit on a Wista 45SP - alternatives?

The Wista wide angle bellows can be used with a 90mm lens on a flat board. A 75mm lens could probably be used with a recessed board. It extends to ~185mm, so a 180mm lens can be used at infinity. The...
  10. Re: Fujinon 90mm/f5.6 SWD rear element doesn't fit on a Wista 45SP - alternatives?

    1. The Wista 45D (both the wood finish and black versions) and the 45SP have the "micro-swing" knobs. The SP has front swing, the 45D doesn't. They also share the same back with the clips on top.

Depends on which Wista 45D camera you have. On older models the bottom part is wider. The finder in the photo is for the later model cameras.
