    I used X-ray film before using paper negatives but I rarely avoided scratches. I got scratches in the trays but mostly when I loaded them on the film holder.
    Paper might be more expensive when new...

    Thank you James, I saw that video before but forgot he used concentrated hydrogen peroxide. I used the drug store one, probably a 3% solution.

    I also tried to bleach paper negatives with hydrogen peroxide a few weeks ago and spent about an hour in the darkroom but never got it completely bleached. Can you tell us more about your technique?

    Thanks. I don't think I did anything special but maybe Caffenol is better for paper negatives? I do know it's a lot better to lower the contrast compared to regular paper developers.

    Thank you. The Kodak photo paper used expired in the 1950's and was very fogged. That's what give it this look and it was not planed. :D
