Does anyone know of a lab that still does Cibachrome printing?

I had a Radioshack cordless telephone in my darkroom. It died. The nice thing about the Radioshack phone was that it didn't have any lights on it. I simply remained dark when it rang. Doeas...
There's no comparison between USC and UCLA.
The images are wonderful. What is a Naked Crown Graphic? I know what a Crown Graphic is. What are the clothes which a naked camera lacks?

I have a baby Speed Graphic that needs refreshing. Who is good at working on these?

This is the end of my short saga of the Beseler Unidrum. I found the drum and base for sale on Craigslist for $20.00. How big a mistake can you make for $20.00? The seller said the equipment was...
Thank you.

I have the opportunity to buy a Beseler 11x14 color Unidrum and a motorized (i think) stand. I'm thinking that this might be useful for developing 4x5 and 8x10 black and white film. Right now I'm...
I use x-tol for everything including corn flakes for breakfast. x-tol lasts a long time in bottles, is very sharp and has lots of contrast. It's very forgiving for slight variations in temperature....
Omega enlargers work fine if they are in good condition. They are fairly easy to find. Follow Craigslist and you will probably find one near you that you can inspect.

I really like the lamp.
I was given two Norman p2000d power packs and an 800. I'm trying to figure out which strobe heads will work with each power pack. I downloaded instructions for the power packs from the internet,...
photoworkssf doesn't do it's own processing. They send it out to Oscar's photo lab on Brannan Street in San Francisco.

Dear Mexipike:
There are no silver bullets in film photography. Fortunately, you don't need one. PMK is wonderful; I get it from Photographers' Formulary. It's inexpensive, and lasts forever. ...
X-tol is really easy to use and gives great results.
I don't think you will have any problems. I've shot much older stuff which came out just fine.

Why not call Kodak? 1-800-242-2424
I have a majestic geared tripod head. I tried calling Bencher, the current manufacturer. Their phone is disconnected. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Are they still servicing...
I have a majestic head. I did the things recommended to take care of front to back free play and side to side free play. Front to back and side to side are fine now. But I have a tiny bit of free...
Why not just keep a couple of bottles of water in the refrigerator? Mix the water from the fridge with water from the tap and off you go.

I have been using x-tol for almost all of my development for quite a while. It's very reliable. I like x-tol with tri-x but I also like it with FP4+ and HP5+ as well. I like PMK too, but it takes...
All wooden boats leak. A plywood sink is just a wooden boat in reverse. I bought a custom make stainless sink from California Stainless more than ten years ago. I couldn't be happier.
My wife and I are traveling to Omaha. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to shoot in town or out of town?

Why does a chicken coop have two doors?
Because if it had four doors it would be a chicken sedan.
I'm interested in experimenting with stand development. Some people on this forum have had great success with this. I have a few questions:
What developer, what dilution and how long?
I...

I went to Photographers Supply in San Francisco this afternoon to buy some archival storage boxes. They're closed, and have been since about April. What to do? Does anyone know where to...
