I don't think the Jensen light source is only point source. From their marketing literature, it sounds like they put a diffuser globe in the light path to simulate the original lamp bulb shape.

You could lay in a multi-year supply and cycle through it - adding new film as you pull boxes out.

Calumet has two versions: a 7x Calumet branded loupe and a 3x Toyo.

Is there a preference for either one? Is 7X magnification too much?
